PRESSIOTRACK
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Introduction
PressioTrack is a personal health-management application. We are committed to protecting the personal and health information you entrust to us.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account details; blood pressure, pulse, medication, symptom and diary information you enter; device and technical information; AI requests; and SOS contacts and medical information you choose to add.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate your diary, calculations, analytics, synchronization, notifications, safety features and AI-assisted features, to protect the service, and to improve it.
4. AI Processing
AI is an optional support tool and does not replace a clinician. Its output is not a medical diagnosis. AI requests and analysis results may be processed by AI service providers when you choose to use these features.
5. Health Data Protection
Health data is sensitive information. We use it only to provide and maintain PressioTrack features, do not sell it to third parties, and apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk.
6. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on servers used for PressioTrack and protected with access controls, encryption in transit where available, account protections and backup procedures. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-Party Services
Depending on the features you use, Google or Apple authentication, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, AI providers and health integrations may process the minimum information needed to provide their service. Their own privacy notices also apply.
8. Payments and Premium
Premium subscriptions are processed by the relevant app-store or payment provider. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the store or provider used for purchase.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Use the privacy and GDPR area in your profile or contact us.
10. Account Deletion
You can request deletion through the privacy and GDPR area in the application. We delete or anonymize personal data as required, while backups and records that must be retained may be removed on their normal retention schedule.
11. Cookies
The web version may use essential cookies or local storage for sign-in, security and preferences. Where optional analytics cookies are used, they are governed by the relevant consent and settings controls.
12. Children’s Privacy
PressioTrack is not intended to collect a child’s data without the authorization required by applicable law. A parent or legal guardian should supervise a child’s use and may contact us about the child’s data.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are shown on this page; material changes may also be communicated in the application.
